My Origami Heart
Miriam sent me an origami Valentine.
It was very exciting to receive in the post and I would have posted more on it sooner, but I was ‘between printers’ and have only just got my new scanner up and running. I decided to use it as a base for a freewrite. I’ve never posted a freewrite before. Or written one knowing that it would be public. So here it is: unedited. Cliches and all.

Karen, this is beautiful! Not only the heart, but the free-write! I could never, ever write so neatly! Just lovely. Thanks for sharing. Annie x

Thanks Annie. I didn’t know it would come out so neatly, but there’s something mesmerising about writing in trail, so although it’s neat the creation ofthe pattern takes your mind off the text and so you still have the same effect as an actual fast flow free write I found. Karen X
